- Huffington Post Op/Ed: "Can Teachers Make a Difference?"
Deborah Loewenberg Ball published a new op/ed inThe Huffington Post on February 2. Ball discussed both the impressive effects that good teachers can have on students and the challenges that face this country as we try to train large numbers – 1.7 million over the next five years – to be those good teachers. The good news, she described, is that "we know a great deal about skillful teaching and about how to develop it."
