Dominant

The Dominant Coins represent the four spell categories. In game terms they are the only part of the spell which truely matter. The more points you have in the Dominant Coin the more potent the spell you will be able to cast.

The Dominant Coins are used to divide magic into 4 groups. These groups are not quarters by any means. For instance, Correspondence seems to be a very large field of magic, while Life appears to be the smallest. These were the first coins that I ever minted. It is possible to cast a spell using just the Dominant Coin, but the resulting spell tends to be ill-defined and difficult to control.
