Our Theories

• Jade, Luke, and Korvan may have all been involved in a plot that related to our current situation.
  This would explain Connie, Jessica, and myself arriving in Amber at the same time. Clearly Korvan had some sort of connection to Ygg. Still this doesn't explain why they would want to bring in four additional amberites.
• Someone is tinkering with our dreams.
  All four of us who arrived 4 days ago have expirience unusual dreams. We know that Jade and Luke can effect dreams in some fashion. The question is - Why?
• It's possible that the body found was not actually Merlin.
  A crafty move, but it would imply Merlin is involved in a cover-up that required him to fake his own death. Without a mental signiture it is close to impossible to prove the body is truely Merlin's.
• If we could get a signiture of the stiletto that stabbed Merlin then we could walk the pattern, go to the weapon, and chances are we'd find a prime suspect.
  There cannot be too many Logrus stilettos out there. Maybe someone in Chaos knows of one.
• We could trace Merlin's path from his last known location in Chaos.
  This is very dangerous.

We decided that pursuing Jade was the best course of action. Locke had asked Connie to draw a Trump of Jade from Jessica's memories. I accompanied Locke to the armoury, where he chose several weapons. However, it was getting very late, so we went up to our rooms to get some sleep.
