As the primary liaison between the Information Technology Division (ITD) and several units at the University of Michigan, I focus on helping these units meet their information technology needs. Customer relationship management is a function within the ITD Academic Research and Partnerships group.

As part of the Deans' Partnership Program, I negotiate and manage ITD partnerships in my units, with goals that include promoting development of instructional technology applications, improving administrative processes, and helping units make optimal use of the U-M Computing Environment (UMCE).
