from Lickable Moments
The White Etc.
The white cathedral changes into white gloves. White, white, white.
The white elephant currycombs the scalp of the air in the white foam of
nothingness. White, white, white. The eyes throw milk objects on the
electric trains and accumulate white shrieks around the rubber pianos.
White, white, white. White time licks hands, gloves, women, faces, hair.
White, white, white. White hands come to tear out teeth from the lake.
White, white, white. Tiny stars dance on the great organs to the great
pleasure of billions of white infants. White, white, white. White turns
into sugary death that pleads: white, white, white.
The monuments perspire marmalade. The great iron feet rush headlong
into a fall of teeth at the mushroom cathedral in the home of the white
woman. The white woman occasionally eats faded scalps. The white woman's
face deposits a phosphorus dance and long air-legs in the lake. The elephant
shaves the white woman. The air fades out and immense life throws the sugary
and the salted around the quick and the dead.
