The Koninklijke Bibliotheek is the National Library of the Netherlands and it has some pages in English. Check the upper right hand corner for a "this page in English" link. I understand they will lend to and photocopy for foreign libraries (I asked specifically about the U.S.) . Requests may be made on an online order form. You may want ot first send a query by e-mail.
