Dear Turner cousins:

While in Winchester, Franklin Co, TN last weekend I met a delightful gentleman
named Gene Thomas Morris. He has done substantial work in compiling the
Frnaklin COo. cemetery listing and took me straight to one of the Turner
Cemeteries, which I would never have found on my own.
He thinks one fo his forebears was Judith Turner who married a DARNADY (or
something close to that).
His address is 131 Morris Ford Rd, Winchester if any of you have this
uinformation for him I am sure he would appreciate having it.
The Winchester library has a genealogy room with much random information that
people have contributed and a very nice and helpful librarian.

Greetings to Everyone:

Received an email today from ROSA LEE TURNER CHERRY RLCherry1@aol.com. She
writes: "My GGGGFATHER is ELDER JOHN TURNER married ELIZABETH ( SUKIE)
DILLARD. in HALIFAX CO VA. Then moved to PERSON NC. Then to DICKSON CO TN.
Do you think he is related to JOHN BURNETT TURNER or any of the VA. TURNERS?"

Can anyone help Rosa with her inquiry? I don't know if she is a member of
the BTRV-ETC group, but suggested she subscribe if she hasn't already.

I'm looking for the BURNETT line in Wilson County, Tn. I have a Thomas H.
BURNETT born aprox 1812 Wilson County, Tn.
Looking for his parents! Does anyone know of this line? My Uncle said that
Thomas father was Alexander S. BURNETT, Having a hard time trying to locate
information. I have some information on this line but need his parents and
place of birth.

Thanks Kathy Hulbert
