In other words, a MUD is a place for you to meet other people in an imaginary computer world.If you want to learn more about MUDs, keep on checking this site out! I have put in links that will tell you about the history of the MUD. Then I have suggested a couple sites for you to check out to see for yourself what a MUD is. And if that's not enough, then I've listed a couple sites that are MUD collectors. In ohter words, you can connect to hundreds of MUDs from these sites!!!!! Yahoooo!!!! For those of you who want to take a look at the homepages of some of very interesting sites, I've picked a few places that I thought would be fun to check out!Paintball Net is an ongoing tournament of Paintball where players compete against each other and computer-controlled 'bots.' The game features many unusual pieces of equipment (camies, jetpacks, locators, etc.) that can be 'bought' with game dollars that you earn by surviving games and collecting tokens. This MUD is based on my favorite trilogy, The Star Wars Trilogy, henceforth, the Jedi Mud. XTC is a very colorful, highly modified AberMUD. As a mortal the main goal is to kill mobiles and complete quests in order to obtain immortal status. Besides going around and killing everything, one can converse with other players, throw frisbees, plant bombs, play trivia, and many other fun things. This MUD is an experimental, good-time MUD. It has just started up, so there is no scoring system like other MUDs. There is total privacy most of the time, and the main objective is to have fun and meet other people. What more can you ask for!
