CONVENIENCE SERVICES

Banks offer many other services that may be of use to you. Not all these services are available at every branch location, but it pays to ask about them, as they can increase your banking flexibility, efficiency, and security. These services can include the following:

Commercial Window: a teller window available to business customers

that may only be open at specific times, or can be used only by the bank's

invitation.
Night Depository: a vault located in an outside wall of the bank branch in which

deposits can be made at any time, either in envelopes or tamper-resistant bags

provided by the bank. Transactions made through night depositors are usually

processed the following day.
Cash orders and Cash Processing: a service for businesses with a high cash

volume. The service can be used to order coin or special currency, or to have your

deposits processed in a special bank department. Deposits are delivered to this

department by armored car.
