Have a question?  We want to know about it!

If you're lucky, you can find the answer on Sal's Frequently Asked Questions page or by clicking on the question in the list of other answered questions.  If your question isn't there, someone might have already asked it but we haven't been able to answer it yet. If that's the case you can simply vote for it by turning on the star next to it in the list of unanswered questions.  If it's not in that list either, please use the following steps to create a new question in our issue tracking system.

  1. Go to the {% block new_issue_link %}new question form{% endblock new_issue_link %}.
  2. Fill in the Summary and Description fields.  Note: The information you provide will become public, so do not include any private or confidential information.
  3. Click the Submit Issue button.
Your question will show up in the list of unanswered questions once we've had a chance to give it a quick review.

If you vote for a question or submit a new one, you'll get emails whenever someone comments on it.  When we think we've answered it you'll get an email saying "Status: Done", and it will show up in the list of answered questions.  If at any point you want to stop getting the emails, just follow the link in one of them and click on the star to make it dim.
