This is not the real Khan Academy web site. It is a copy that Dr. Charles Severance has put up to test some early prototype code that integrates IMS Basic Learning Tools Interoperability into Khan Academy, allowing Khan Academy to be integrated into LMS systems like Blackboard, Sakai, Moodle, OLAT, Jenzabar, Desire2Learn, and others.
You can test this by putting these details into your LMS:

This URL can only be accessed through Basic LTI.
You can reuse the default key and secret from the standard IMS test launcher at
http://www.imsglobal.org/developers/BLTI/lms.php
You can use the key/secret from that page in your own LMS as well.
If you want your own key/secret, send Dr. Chuck a note and he can add a key
for you.
