As an example, here is a rough sketch of an idea that we've had for quite a while:
CUnited Prayer Team
Mark Palmer shared a vision with us about a team of delegates from each group coming together to intercede for each others' groups.  The goals are: to ask the Lord to work in our groups, gain unity through prayer, and to keep in mind what the Lord has accomplished.  An emphasis on each member keeping a prayer journal will be there in order to remember what we're praying for and how the Lord has answered prayer.
 [*Possible Action*] Each group in CUnited should start to discern who their delegate will be to this group. We also need someone who could get this group off the ground.
