Automatic eligibility for member scholarships and awards
Delta Epsilon Iota offers essay writing and other contests offering scholarships as awards. The Delta Award, the Epsilon Award, and the Iota Award are given to students who promote the Society's ideals of Dedication, Enthusiasm, and Initiative throughout their college experience. These awards identify and reward those who demonstrate the very highest achievement of the Society's ideals.

This quality document is perfect for framing and is a fitting display that represents the academic endeavors of a student and the recognition they have achieved as a result.


Customized press release for individual distribution
A press release is provided which can be sent to local newspapers or other publications announcing a student's academic accomplishments and recognition by Delta Epsilon Iota.


Formal induction at a chapter New Member Reception
The New Member Reception and Awards Ceremony is one of the most exciting chapter events of the year. There is a keynote speaker, an introduction of new Delta Epsilon Iota members, and a formal presentation of chapter awards and scholarships. A representative from the national office is also in attendance to present special honors to members who have contributed impressive amounts of time and effort to the chapter.


Chapter development, leadership, and involvement opportunities
Individual chapters are student run and organized offering many highly-motivated students opportunities for leadership roles. This opportunity increases a students profile for prospective employers who are involved with the chapter. Involvement in the chapter also fosters a congenial atmosphere among academic peers bringing people with like interests and goals together.
