
Dayna
Jenay Le Platte is currently an undergraduate student at the
University of Michigan pursuing a degree in Honors Cellular
and Molecular Biology. Dayna plans on continuing to strive
for success as she finishes her undergraduate career and looks
forward to making a difference in the science and medical
fields.

Dayna is
diligently working on her Honors Thesis by doing interesting
research on a subject that she finds very interesting, the
neurofibromatosis 1 gene.

She loves writing, reading, ice-skating, running, tennis,
community service, and traveling. With regards to musical
talent, Dayna loved to play the piano. She played for over
10 years. Additionally, she played the flute for 2 years.
