Delivery

Get a pro. Test it too.

Need rigourous, trackable system. Try on groups of varying familiarity with computers.

Consider an installer if complicated. Keep layout sparse, obvious.

Who will answer the phone when it doesn't work? Me? You? Follow up releases...
