Installing Reactor Lab
Installation Instructions
In some computers, certain virus protection software will NOT allow Reactor Lab to be installed directly. If your computer will NOT allow you to install the Reactor Lab software for any reason, THEN drag the installer file to your Desktop, or somewhere else on your computer, and this will allow you to install the software.Windows
The Windows installer file will ask you where you want to place the Reactor Lab folder on your hard disk. Remember where the folder "Reactor Lab" was written to your hard disk. This is the only place on your disk where files will be written. The Lab will NOT be installed in the Windows "Start > All Programs" menu. To make things easy, you could install the "Reactor Lab" folder on the Desktop.
Mac OS X
The Mac installer file will create a "disk image" on your hard disk named "Reactor Lab DISK IMAGE" and will open a window by the same name. The window will contain the folder "Reactor Lab." Drag this folder from the disk image window onto your hard disk (you cannot run the Lab directly from the disk image). You then can close the disk image window and drag the disk image icon to Trash (which will turn into Eject).
Reactor Lab is now installed on the computer and is ready to use. Continue to see how to run and use Reactor Lab
