Whimsy's log, Chapter 123

    Wednesday, August 30, 2994

    After they both walk the Pattern, Whimsy convinces Grayson to keep quiet, so that they can trick Jack, and asks Nimue to hide his Pattern imprint.

    She teleports to Nicholas' office and tells him what has happened. Gets an 'extension' for Grayson of six days. Asks Nicholas to make Ishmael walk the Pattern.

    In her quarters, Whimsy wipes away the bad thoughts and goes to sleep.

    Thursday, August 31, 2994

    At breakfast, Whimsy lays a guilt trip on Ariana, asking her not to abandon her children for something as petty and fleeting as revenge. Grayson is there, looking tired and angry. Whimsy forgot to tell him about Pattern teleport; he spent the whole night there. Sorry.

    Whimsy makes her regeneration implant, and then speaks with Fiona. Will be taking Trump lessons with Vincent.

    Lunch was quiet.

    Went shopping in Amber City with Alexandra and Felix.

    Returned to Amber and spoke with Ishmael (annoying fuck) and Ariana (whiny, as usual). Agreed to play a prank on Ishy.

    Visited with Flora for a time, then went to bed.

    Friday, September 1, 2994

    Breakfast is quiet. Whimsy met with Grayson and spent a few hours afterwards teaching him conjuration.

    Tried out Pattern Lens...saw Gavin talking with Jack. Met with him for lunch and told him about the powers of the Pattern.

    Bouquet of flowers arrives. Whimsy goes on an acid trip, almost burns Ariana, who is saved by Shard. Fiona finds out and ends that problem quickly.

    Whimsy chats with Shard later.
