Game Conventions and Organizations

These are web pages devoted to game conventions (aka Cons) and the organizations that support them.

• Boardgame Players Association (BPA) Organization in charge of the World Boargaming Championships (WBC) held in Hunt Valley, MD every summer.

• The GAMMA Home Page This is the Game Manufacturers Association which is the trade arm of the Origins con.

• Gen Con There's usually a midwest gathering somewhere. Big convention with lots of media guests.

• MonsterGame.Con A new con put together by the ConsimWorld crew.

• Origins Big Mamma of Cons held in Columbus, OH every summer.

• Train Gamers Association (TGA) A worldwide organization dedicated to those beautiful train games and a tournament called Puffing Billy.

• UCon - Ann Arbor, MI A local con in our area.

• Wolverine Gaming Club This club is loosely affiliated with the University of Michigan and is responsible for hosting U-Con.
