Did the FBI violate the privacy rights of David Koresh and the Branch Davidians by its siege on the Waco compound? Did Linda Tripp violate Monica Lewinsky's privacy rights by taping their conversation or did the Pentagon violate Tripp's rights by leaking her employment record? Did Ken Starr violate President Clinton's rights by pursuing impeachment? Have the paparazzi and tabloids invaded the rights of John and Patsy Ramsey over the murder of Jon Benet?
