Federal Document Declassification
- President Clinton's Executive Order 12958 (April 17, 1995) changes the classification system for national security information while Executive Order 12968 (August 2, 1995) changes access to classified information
- Federation of American Scientists
  - Publishes the National Archives' annual classification review with data on the number of documents declassified and exceptions made
