Helen Fox teaches
about race, human rights, nonviolence, and development in the Global South
in the Residential College at the University of Michigan. She has served on the Ann Arbor Human
Rights Commission and is a member of the Ann Arbor Peace Team, which
works to reduce violent confrontations caused by hate groups. She
