| These documents are part of the collection of Paris Garden items in Lambeth Archives. Some of the documents in this bundle are loose leaves; others have been threaded in no discernible order with a ribbon. The bundle is tagged as follows: 'Manor of Paris Garden. Memoranda of admissions and surrenders, estreats, jury lists, lists of tenants, presentments, precepts, bonds, draft court rolls, etc. — 1565-1602. Class 6:223 (74ff).' Not all the documents in this bundle have been transcribed. Many are simply undated lists of names without context. Others are little more than unidentifiable fragments. Most of them are in Latin. Some are numbered in pencil, others not. Text is modernised except for surnames. Items with dates are listed chronologically. | ![]() |
