» the the sometimes not-so-windy city
After many months of below freezing temperatures and a winter that was on it's way to becoming one of the coldest in recorded history, things took a turn for the warmer. We decided to go to Chicago for the weekend to enjoy the sunny 60 degree weather. Unfortunately, the warm weather also meant that the ice on Lake Michigan had almost all floated or melted away.
