I heard about Michael Telch’s phobia lab, where they have snakes, spiders, and coffins. A nice graduate student gave me a tour and told me that one of the snakes got loose once and they had to evacuate the building. Click here for a surprise.

The HBES conference was scheduled for the same time as Bike Week, the whole downtown was packed with bikers and their associates at night. 6th street resembled Bike Week in Daytona, with the bands playing very loud jams with no particular melody.
