Michigan Stadium Information


Automated Teller Machines
Automated bank teller machines provided by Bank One will be located at the north end of the stadium.

Concessions
Full service concession stands are available around the stadium concourse. Concession services are managed by V/Gladieux Enterprises, Inc.

First Aid Facility
Emergency medical treatment is available in the First Aid building, located west of Gate 9. American Red Cross personnel are also located throughout the stadium seating areas and are available for assistance.

Lost & Found
Lost articles should be reported to game management personnel at Gate 9. Persons who have lost articles can call (734) 763-3434 on the Tuesday following the game.

Parking
Access to game day parking is available on a weather permitting basis at the University of Michigan Golf Course from State Street, Pioneer High School from Main Street and Ann Arbor Golf and Outing from Stadium Boulevard. Parking is also available at the Varsity Tennis Center located at 2250 S. State Street. Parking lots open at 8:00am on game day. A limited number of single game parking passes for disabled individuals are available from the Michigan Ticket Department.

Programs & Merchandise
Official souvenir programs are available from student vendors in parking lots and inside the stadium gates. Officially licensed University of Michigan souvenirs are available at M-Den merchandise stands located around the stadium concourse and outside the gates.

Telephones
Public telephone stations provided by Ameritech are located at Champions Plaza, Section 18, Wolverine Plaza, Gate 9, Section 4.

To obtain current Michigan Football game times, please call the Michigan Football Game Time Hotline at (734) 647-1253. This recording is available 24 hours a day.



Prohibited Items
Fans are encouraged to bring ONLY necessary items to Michigan Stadium. All items are subject to search. Exceptions for medical reasons will be addressed individually at the Stadium gates. [ Permitted and Prohibited Items ]

Smoking
For the health and enjoyment of spectators, smoking is prohibited in all seating areas of the stadium and on the east side upper concourse. The enforcement of this regulation depends on the cooperation, consideration, and good faith of smokers and nonsmokers alike. It is the responsibility of all fans to observe the no-smoking regulation.

Transportation
Public transportation is available through the AATA Football Ride, which provides a shuttle between Michigan Stadium and Ann Arbor hotels and motels, U-M parking structures and lots, the Michigan Union, and downtown Ann Arbor. For more information call (734) 973-6500 or log on to www.theride.org.

Tickets and Admission
Michigan Stadium gates will be open two hours prior to kick-off. Exit and re-entry into the stadium is not permitted. Tickets cannot be refunded or replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Children of all ages must have tickets for admission. Please hold on to your ticket stub at all times.

Student ID Policy
To gain entry into Michigan Stadium with a student ticket, a student ID must be presented at the gate or a validation sticker must be purchased and affixed to the student ticket. No on shall use the ID of another student to gain entry. Validation stickers will not be sold at Michigan Stadium on game day. [ More Information ]

Will Call
The Will Call ticket window is located at the Stadium Boulevard entrance of Crisler Arena. The Will Call window will open two and one-half hours before kickoff and will remain open until halftime. Michigan Student Will Call is located at Gate 9.

Disability Information for Michigan Stadium


Transportation/Parking
A shuttle service for disabled individuals runs from the designated handicap parking area at Pioneer High School to Gate 2 (Varsity Plaza) before and after the game. Handicapped transportation is available inside the stadium at gates 2, 4, 8 & 9. This service is available until one (1) hour prior to kickoff and resumes 20 minutes after the conclusion of the game. A limited number of single game parking passes for disabled individuals are available from the Michigan Ticket Department.

Restrooms
Locations of accessible restrooms are depicted on the diagram by the universal wheelchair sign.


Seating
Seating for disabled individuals is located in both the north and south end zones. If disabled seating is needed, please call the Ticket Office at 734-764-0247 by the Thursday prior to the game to exchange tickets. Disabled seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis with priority given to ticket holders using wheelchairs. A person may receive an extra ticket in this designated area for a companion. To give a ticket in disabled seating to a non-disabled person, please call the Ticket Office.

Ramps
Locations of accessible ramps to disabled seating are shown on the map by the letter "R."
