We are going to compare posture while performing bicep curls with two different weights. One weight will be manageable and performed using proper technique and the second weight will be heavier and more difficult. We hope to find out if using heavier weights while performing bicep curls is actually beneficial or if the potential injury to the back is more detrimental. We predict the heavier weight will compromise technique and cause a greater chance for injury to the back, while the lower weight will isolate the biceps muscle and produce better results.
