The Rowers Team

What is the difference in effeciency in rowing between tall athletes and shorter athletes? We are looking to see which individual, body type, can generate greater power? There are many signifigant differences in body type between the two subjects. Rowing by nature tends to favor taller individuals, we are going to compare how the differences in height affects the power generated. The control variable will be the strokes per minute. We will use 20 strokes per minute for the test, a relatively slow rating.
