	Conversion of spectra.tmp file from 
	photons/mAs/(cm^2 or sr) to ergs/mAs/(cm^2 or sr).

example:
	no2erg

associated files:

	read: spectra.tmp (see spect.tmp.doc)

	write: spectra.tmp 
		This is an ascii file having the spectra.tmp format.
		The values of the spectra are changed from units of 
		photons/mAs/(cm^2 or sr) to ergs/mAs/(cm^2 or sr). 

method: 
	ergs/mAs/(cm^2 or sr) = ergs/photon * photons/mAs/(cm^2 or sr)

	The values of energy are read from the first column of the
	spectra.tmp file and converted from keV/photon to ergs/photon.
	The first unit code on line three of spectra.tmp must be 1 when
	the file is read and is changed to 2 on output along with the
	second column label for the units.
