How scoring works

  • Bus delay: fewer Bus cells means more delay. We display delay as a number, low is better. The bar fills more when delay drops.
  • Delivery success: more Loading cells and longer runs help reach targets.
  • Bike comfort: based on share of Bike cells and continuity.
  • Resident happiness: likes safe bikes and available parking, dislikes bus delay and very high price.
  • Budget: parking revenue plus a small fee on deliveries.
  • Composite score: average of Bus, Delivery, Bike, and Happiness.
