These resources are training resources and tools in Evidence-Based Health Care. They were recommended to me by a number of information professionals and librarians, many of whom are nationally recognized trainers in this area. These resources are highly recommended for enrichment in the general topic and as sources of additional information. Additional resources were suggested at the AADS Workshop in March & April 2000. PubMed offers built-in search filters or "hedges" for clinicians. These are based on the work by Haynes et al with which you are already familiar. The hedges included are Category (therapy, diagnosis, etiology, prognosis) and Emphasis (sensitivity or specificity).
