Prof. Pramod Reddy received a B. Tech and M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 2002, and a Ph.D in Applied Science and Technology from the University of California, Berkeley in 2007. He is a recipient of the NSF CAREER award in 2009, the DARPA Young Faculty Award in 2012, and the Young Alumnus Achiever Award of IIT Bombay in 2016.

Prof. Edgar Meyhofer received his Ph.D. from the University of Washington in Zoology and a Post-Doctoral fellowship at the University of Washington in Biophysics. His research spans nanoscale energy transport, near-field thermal radiation, and molecular biomechanics. He has led numerous landmark studies in near-field thermophotovoltaics, quantized thermal transport, and nanoscale thermal switching.
