		Joweria is currently attending second grade and her favorite game is football (soccer). She does very well in reading and drawing class. The closest health facility for Joweria's community is 45 minutes away. Poor sanitation is a problem for Joweria's community. For instance, many families including Joweria's still must use a hole in the ground for their toilet. An updated Birth and Death Registry ensures that all children are accounted for their needs and no child is left out. This helps improve their well-being and ensures that each child is protected. Joint Energy and Environment Project aims to teach children the importance of saving energy. Children in the area were recently taken on an educational trip to visit the Uganda Wildlife Center Family Planning Association of Uganda aids in the treatment of youth who have sexually transmitted diseases and/or HIV/AIDS who are often excluded from the community
