in midst of controversial $160 million building program that includes two
new middle schools, extensive renovations and expansions at high schools
and renovations at all elementary schools.

skills they need for success in college, the miliatry, and the workplace;
Class of '97 includes five National Merit finalists with nearly $1 million
in scholarship awards; Impact club aimed at drug education personally praised
