Objective : One of the limitations in assessing successful bone regeneration in vivo is the lack of noninvasive high resolution bone quantification methods that allow for multi-modal evaluation of the tissue engineered construct. We describe a high throughput imaging technique using a 3D micro X-ray computed tomography (µXCT, Micro XCT-200, Xradia, Pleasanton, CA).
