Identifying Quick Wins

It is important to identify initiatives that can produce "quick wins" for the organization--projects that can be implemented quickly and can demonstrate the benefits of the reengineering efforts. Quick win projects often are designed to validate reengineering concepts. They may be self-funding in that the savings derived from the prompt initiation of these projects will more than pay for the changes required.
