For your project problem write a report based upon all the analyses and simulation studies that you have done previously as part of your homework assignments. The project report should start with an introduction to the engineering problem, include some discussion of why we might want to consider adaptive control, and end with some discussion and interpretation of the results that you have obtained. You may, of course, include additional analyses and simulation results not previously reported in the homework. However, rather than putting emphasis on introducing new material, please put emphasis on doing a good job of presenting and interpreting the results that you have already obtained.

The report should be a formal typewritten document with a clear organization; numbered equations, figures and graphs; appropriately cited references; and a clear but concise writing style. I suggest a length of no more than 15 pages plus figures and graphs. In writing your report include all essential steps in any analyses, but do not include materials which can easily be referenced (e.g., from your textbook, other books, or from various papers).
