This is Tracey’s first year with Léim Irish Dance, however she is definitely not a stranger to the Irish Dance world. She has danced for eleven years, eight of those years she danced competitively (making it all the way up to Preliminary Championships). This is a totally new style of dance for Tracey, especially since now she actually gets to use her arms! Though she may look almost 100% Irish, don’t be fooled! You can probably tell that she is part Italian by her last name, but can you tell what other ethnicity she might be? I bet you were not guessing Japanese! Tracey is in fact a quarter Japanese, even though many laugh at her in her face when she tells them this.

Seeing that Tracey has danced for so long one may think that that is all she ever did with her life. However, Tracey loves swimming (she was captain of her high school swim team), watching MICHIGAN football, and shopping.
