Personal Profile:
Julianne Patterson grew up playing soccer and lacrosse, but has chosen lacrosse as her real love. Julianne is a strong midfielder who is an excellent athlete and plays well at both ends of the field. She is also a natural midfielder as she is in great shape and can run "forever". Julianne has a great spin move that freezes defenders who have over-commited to the wrong side, leaving "Ju" to spin free wide open and bury the ball in the back of the net. Look for Julianne to be a big scoring threat this year; she is the returning leading scorer from last year's team, and was also the assist leader last year. Julianne was named to the 2012 All Tournament Team at Nationals, and was also a 1st team All WCLA-Conference Award winner last year, in addition to garnering 2nd Team All-American Honors. She is also a talented pianist having competed for over ten years. |
