Art
even finds its way to a garbage can in Garden park. What's more
remarkable than that, is the message that is painted on this garbage
can is actually
respected by visitors.
The park is a very clean place. One might think that the park
must have some trash lying around, but on all of
our visits here we didn't see any. Something else that you may
find interesting is that the park is not vandalized.
All of it's artwork, the
garden and the sign that welcomes you to Garden Park stay in the same
condition that you see them in these photos.
In fact, not only do Mr. Valdez and Ms. Herbeck take care of the park,
but the people of the community join in as well. They too are very
proud
of the park and keep it
clean, tend to the garden and keep watch over it to make sure it
stays preserved.
