*In 1998-1999, 3.8% of the students earning a bachelor's degree at the University of Michigan were Latino and 4.1% of the total degrees were earned by Latinos. 11

*In 2003-2004, only 3.5% of the students earning a bachelor's degree at the University of Michigan were Latino and 3.9% of the total degrees were earned by Latinos.11
