      This spell allows effects of other spells cast under its control to take place at a defined time or under defined, simple conditions.

      This spell is wonderfully useful for unsupervised tasks, watchdog spells, and spells that must be cast in secret. It requires a little planning and the subject spells lose a little flexibility, but overall it is worth the effort.
