Narcolepsy

The subject lapses directly into a sleep state.

The sleep state created by this spell is an unnatural one for about the first 20-30 seconds, during which time the subject will be unwakable. After this inital period the sleep becomes natural and events such as loud noises, shaking, application of water, etc. will wake the subject. Under peaceful conditions the subject will continue to sleep for 6-10 hours, after which time they will awake fully rested.
