Crackling arcs of electricity eminate from the caster. Arcs cannot travel much over a foot and are not able to do major physical damage.

Bolts of a Thousand Sparks

Powerful directable version of the above. Very theatrical. Spark flow all over the caster, combining into bolts that can be thrown off. distance is limited unless the spell is cast in vast open spaces like a great height, under water, etc. The bolts are attracted to conductors such as suits of metal and bodies of water.

I was able to create the second, much more powerful, version of this spell with Bleys' assistance.
