China Blue Charity Fund (CBCF) was founded by a group of students at the University of Michigan Business School (now Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan)
to raise fund for poor students in rural areas in China in 2002. We are registered in the state of Michigan as non-profit organization. Today, managed by both alumni and current students at University of Michigan, the organization
has helped a large number of children in China to attend primary schools that are financially unfeasible to them otherwise. We have received
support from corporate and individual donors in both the U.S. and China.
We are a group of alumni or current business students who want to combine our skills and hearts to help the underprivileged children to receive the education they deserve.
We take pride in being able to make positive differences in many children's lives. We firmly believe that this initiative will help strengthen our sense of community cohesiveness
by giving back collectively to the society in a meaningful way. We commit to following the principles of fairness, equality, and transparency, to ensure that the funding goes to the
children with most urgent financial needs.
