| In order to complete the synthesis of the cure for the bacterial disease spreading rapidly across the University of Michigan campus, Professor Koreeda must make Molecule 22 turn into Molecule 23. To do this, he needs the Sorcerer’s Stone, otherwise known as NMO, to keep the reaction going. At the start of his career as a chemistry professor, he read an ancient German chemistry journal and noticed some scribbles in the margin. After using his intelligence to decode the scribbles, he concluded that NMO would be found in the Secret Chamber of the Law Quad. He never knew he would need to go on the journey to find it. Yet with the fate of the university on his shoulders, after coming from the Dude, that is where he headed. | |
