Ms. Liu is currently the Deputy Director of the Division of University Leaders Development at the Ministry of Education. In this role, she is responsible for administering and training university leaders from national universities. Ms. Liu holds a bachelor’s degree in ideological education, and a master of public administration degree, both from Northeastern University in Shenyang.
Mr. Mu has worked as a faculty member at both Jilin University and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He was a visiting scholar at Colorado State University as well. Mr. Mu holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Jilin University.
Ms. Xu, in her role with the National Academy of Education Administration, is responsible for organizing training programs for Chinese university leaders with leading higher education institutions in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Australia, and Japan.
