Taking the previously described rate laws, one can combine them generically under a r_A term. This new rate law for autocatalytic digestion in a CSTR followed by enzyme catalytized digestion in a PFR can then be graphed and compared with the previously shown graphs. Below are two such graphs representing the digestive behavior of the hippo as modeled as a CSTR and a PFR in series.
