This is a temporary home page for the book Using Computers in Linguistics: A Practical Guide, to be published in early 1998 by Routledge. Each chapter in the table of contents is accompanied by an extensive appendix of resources: print, net, and software, which are summarized and will be kept current on the Web (this is the best way we could think of to avoid premature obsolescence, a serious concern for computing books).
