ABOUT
UM-Hip Hop Academy is a non-profit student organization that is dedicated to teaching all different elements of the Hip Hop culture, to bring a positive change to not only oneself but to the entire community.
Our Mission
Our club's mission is to provide fellow UM students and the Ann Arbor/Michigan community with opportunities to learn about the importance of cultural awareness, self value, and community for positive and social change through Hip-Hop.
Goals
Help and improve the UM/Ann Arbor community's awareness of the Hip Hop culture, which will later allow for positive self-expression through music and arts, build self-esteem, develop leadership skills and increase the involvement in their respective communities.
