High Level Design
The arena is made primarily by wood boards. On two sides of it are two “guys” used to kick the ball, which are controlled by our motion control mechanics. We use belts and wheels controlled by DC motors as the tracks for horizontal (left and right) motion, and self-made mechanical arms which are connected to the two “guys” and controlled by servo motors for vertical (front and back) motion.
